Okay boys and girls...

Hi there.
It's us again. Hope your holiday spirit has kicked in and
life is all good for you.
Just a quick reminder. If you haven't already heard, the new
Poppermost Christmas song is now finished. Entitled "Family
Christmas Tree," the song is available for free download only
during the month of December at Poppermost.com
on the ReverbNation widget / player and from our
MySpace page.
(Warning: Lex is poking fun at uninvited holiday house
guests. If
you are easily offended by this, just don't listen. But, I'm
willing to bet that everybody can relate to this.)

- January 2009
Just a quick couple of thoughts to share this month... yep, it's Ms.
Tex taking over again!
Happy
New Year from all of us little ol' birdies, and may this year be a
whole lot better for everybody than the last one was!! We
hope
you had a great holiday season. Can you believe it's 2009
already? Sheesh!
Remember the friend-connection site we
wanted to set up? We found a place called Ning where anyone
can
create their own social networking site, and we chose it for several
reasons, partly because we can keep things simple there.
We've
been playing around with it a little, but we've got a lot to figure out
still. Since it's so new, we're not ready to let the general
public see it yet, so we've set it up as private, viewable by members
only, by invitation only. If you'd like to get in on "the
ground
floor" and help us develop it some more, please respond to this e-mail
and we'll send you an invitation to join PopperTribe - A village
dedicated to what makes friends of Poppermost tick.
One
more thing -- we've had a slight hiccup in finishing the very last song
of our "Especially For You" contest this month, so it will be a bit
late (sorry Terri). Shouldn't take long, though, so look for
it
before mid-January at http://www.myspace.com/poppermost.
And
last -- let me leave you with a powerful thought I recently stumbled
upon during a web surfing session. Let it follow you into the
new
year and beyond:
Live
in today. It's so easy to get caught up in what tomorrow can
bring but really, do any of us know if we will be here
tomorrow?
Why stress out over what might not happen. And yesterday is
over;
we can learn from it, but never change it. Living in it only
leaves a mess for tomorrow. It's a sure way to guarantee
tomorrow
will not be pretty. Live today, live completely.
